Review of Shadowland's Light of Day set at Stone Pony!
As you know, last month Glenn Alexander & Shadowland had the privilege of performing at one of the prestigious Light of Day shows at The Stone Pony. Shadowland to play Light of Day show in Asbury Park!
Well, this is a big one - Shadowland will play the prestigious Light of Day show at Asbury Park's legendary Stone Pony!!! For those who don't know, the Light of Day shows benefit research for Parkinson's Disease - a cause that hits close to home for me, as my Dad suffers from the disease. It is heartbreaking to watch your loved one become slowly debilitated by this insidious monster. It is really a double-edged sword for me: while I'm thrilled we will get such a visible stage for our music, it is a horrible reality how this disease affects me and so many other families. I encourage everyone to come out and support the cause - and hear some great music. So, come on out, hear some great bands and help kick Parkinson's Disease in the ass...
